The warm surprise of a birthday cake and lovely flowers truly made our stay special. Enjoying breakfasts with stunning views of Rossio Square was a highlight!

It had a flavor explosion that brought me straight to Rome. Plus, the breakfast spread was a delightful way to fuel my Lisbon adventures. I also loved the cozy bar where I relaxed after a day of exploring.
Now, a cheeky note—those windows across from the shop made me feel a tad exposed. And if you’re a light sleeper, the room could be quieter since the street noise sometimes crept in.

The location is perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants and close to key attractions. The staff provided exceptional service, assisting with everything from check-in to local recommendations. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet featured a great variety of options, including freshly baked pastries and quality organic juices.
The shower drain was clogged during my stay.

The room was quite cozy and well-decorated, with a great street view. I loved the comfortable bedding and the spacious bathroom—it was stylish and clean. The sound-proofing worked well since I barely heard the street noise at night. Having a Nespresso machine was a nice touch for morning coffee, too. The only downside was the room could feel a bit snug with two of us and our luggage.

Rooms are cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably!!! Also, the bathroom design could use improvement. frosted glass doors leave little to the imagination!!!

The themed floors and rich artistic decor set up a unique vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere. Nestled between two lively squares and close to key attractions, the location scores major points for accessibility and ambiance.
Room sizes can be a real squeeze. I found mine a bit cramped, especially when juggling luggage. The street noise is a constant companion, too—especially during peak hours, making it tough to fully wind down. Additionally, the elevator's inconsistent operation can be a drag, especially after a long day of exploring. Bottled water isn't standard, which felt a bit like being nickeled and dimed given the overall pricing. The minimalist design of the rooms, while stylish, can leave things feeling a bit bare, lacking some of the extras that other places offer.

Had an amazing time with friends! The location is unbeatable, and we loved exploring the local cafes and shops. Breakfast was solid, with plenty of options. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially at the front desk. Definitely recommend this place for a group getaway!
One downside was the limited seating during the breakfast rush. We had to wait a bit for a table which was kind of inconvenient.

The warm staff made a memorable experience for me. They helped me find a Fado show and were friendly with recommendations for nearby eateries. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with options I hadn't anticipated. I appreciated the array of hot dishes and pastries available. Additionally, receiving a complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice surprise.
The room felt a bit small for two adults with luggage. There wasn't an ironing board in the room.

I had an incredible stay in the heart of the city!
